City of Miami Beach Rent/Mortgage/Utility Assistance Funds

– For Residents Affected by COVID-19 –

As of March 14, 2024, the City has fully expended CDBG-CV funds and Emergency Food and Shelter Program (EFSP) funds.

While we will no longer be taking rental, mortgage, and utility assistance applications, the City remains committed to exploring alternative funding sources through local, state, and federal grants. If additional funds are received, the City will reopen the application process.
